WMCO are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded £5,000 from Heart of Bucks for our Senior Citizen's Health and Wellbeing programme Movers and Shakers. The programme will start on Friday 12th April at Hilltop Community Centre from 10.30am to 1.30pm every Friday until the autumn.
Due to the generous funding we are able to significantly reduce the charge per session to £6 for all senior citizens from 65+. The sessions includes an external speaker on healthcare matters or an activity, light exercise and a freshly prepared lunch. Limited transport is also available for those most vulnerable.
