To enquire about the availability of a hall please complete and submit the online enquiry form below.
On submission of the form we will email you with the current availability. Please note bookings are made on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability. We do not reserve dates.
To confirm a booking and secure your date, you will be required to complete and sign a Booking Form, sign our Booking Terms & Conditions, and pay a £150 refundable security deposit as soon as possible.
Please note: Only confirmed regular weekly bookings will appear on the online calendar. One-off week day or weekends bookings will NOT appear so please call for our latest availabiliy.

Important:
Your hire period is from the time of arrival to the time of departure. Please include time for setting up and clearing up.
The conditions of hire state that the hall should be left in the condition in which it is found - clean and tidy.
On the day, the caretaker will unlock the building and return to lock up at the end of your hire period - we do not give out keys to customers.
